Located on the Courtyard at Mt. Tabor campus, residents of The Park enjoy more personal care and assisted living services, based on individual wants and needs. Services include assistance with medications, bathing, dressing, grooming, transfers, cueing, escorts to activities and dining, and personal hygiene. Care services are provided in the comfort of your own private apartment by our professional care staff and medication aides. The staff at Courtyard at Mt. Tabor are delegated by our full-time registered nurse.

The convenient month-to-month rental program includes your choice of a Studio or One-Bedroom apartments, three daily meals, weekly housekeeping, all utilities (except telephone), cable television, and scheduled transportation to appointments, activities and shopping. Monthly charges for care services are based on a personalized assessment by our registered nurse. Short-stay or respite care services also available.
